Matt Morrison (he/him) - President
Matt has had the privilege and honour of spending his entire life on the Traditional Territory of the Lək̓ʷəŋən speaking peoples, a foundation that has nurtured his deep appreciation for community and the arts. His background is in hospitality and entertainment (specifically the management of live venues.) Matt brings skills from his career in digital marketing and administration to the Salty Board. His theatre experience has mostly been away from the stage, engaging in volunteering and producing roles that underscore his commitment to the arts and the creative communities in the region.

Dani Jackson doesn't stick to one note - she's a multi-talented artist making waves in Victoria. As the frontwoman of Blasé Blasé and a rising star in commercials like Project Makeover, she's a force to be reckoned with. Plus, she brings her electric energy as an emcee to local burlesque favorites like Melanin Magic and Sweettooth Burlesque. Originally hailing from Ottawa, Dani found her groove in Victoria's music scene. Now, with her diverse talents and ambitions to expand into new creative realms, she's excited to bring her passion to the Salty Broad Productions board.

Peter Haynes (he/him) - Member at Large
Peter Haynes is a bald man with exactly zero background in theatre or production or any formal vocation that would be relevant to a theatre company, so that's fun. What he HAS had though is his butt in an audience seat while supporting live performances for most of his adult life. He strives to be a patron who is quick to fill a room with as much laughter and enthusiasm as he can muster to keep the wonderful energy he finds in art spaces alive and thriving. He takes great pride in leaning into things, hyper-vigilance masquerading as having an eye for detail, and problem-solving no matter how far out of his wheelhouse the solutions lie. And it is an understatement to say that he is excited to have an opportunity to contribute to fulfilling the vision and ideals that Salty Broad Productions strives toward.
